Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotations and work carried out by Andy Dan Services. By accepting a quotation, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
1. Quotations
All quotations are valid for 30 days. Quotations are based on a visual inspection and visible site conditions. Hidden defects or unforeseen conditions are excluded unless stated.
2. Acceptance
Acceptance by signature, email, text or other written confirmation forms a binding agreement.
3. Scope of Work
Only work described in the quotation is included. Variations may incur additional charges.
4. Unforeseen Site Conditions
If hidden issues such as tree roots, buried concrete, pipes, cables, rock or unstable ground significantly increase labour or materials, we may revise the quotation. We will discuss additional costs before continuing wherever practicable. If you choose not to continue, work completed and materials supplied remain payable.
5. Deposits
Deposits may be required and become non-refundable once materials are purchased.
6. Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Customer Responsibilities
Provide safe access and advise of known underground services.
8. Materials
Materials remain our property until paid in full.
9. Waste Removal
Included only where specified in the quotation.
10. Weather
Outdoor work may be postponed due to adverse weather.
11. Workmanship Guarantee
Our workmanship is guaranteed for 12 months, excluding wear and tear, weather damage, subsidence, poor maintenance and customer-supplied materials.
12. Liability
We hold Public Liability Insurance. Liability is limited to the value of the contracted work.
13. Complaints
Please notify us within 7 days and allow us the opportunity to rectify genuine workmanship issues.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
